My friend lives there and they seem to keep up on the outside the insides aren't bad either but they could definitely upgrade their appliances for their tenants other than that they r great and they go based of your income which is great now and days with apartments costing the same to live in an actual home.
I live across the street from this apartment complex and I'm jealous. They keep up with the lawn nicer, they either put in or let somebody put in a ramp for handicap person to get to their door. They plow their parking lot. But most of all their tenants are quiet and kept in check. Where I live is just awful. That complex probably would give this complex zero Stars. The only reason I didn't give Walton Park five stars cuz I have not actually seen the inside. Although I hear that it's nice.
The property manager there is a really rude person do not recommend until they get rid of her
