We've only been to Walter's once so far and it was my puppy's first time getting groomed. Walter did a phenomenal job and Susan (at the front desk) was extremely helpful and informative. A+ experience. Will be back to make an appointment soon...
I brought my puppy Lucy in for a grooming and Walter did exactly the type of cut I asked for. Lucy can get nervous when she's groomed by someone for the first time but when I picked her up she was happy and didn't show one sign of being stressed! I was extremely happy with the cut and I think she was too! Only good things to say about the entire experience!
I have my "baby" there for daycare every day and Roxie comes home the happiest dog every evening and knowing that she is happy surrounded by two and four legged friends every day make my work day so much easier.
I think you all are great. You have met needs I didn't even know we had. You are a full service pet establishment.
I love Walter's. You have the nicest people working at your shop. You can tell they truly love dogs, and I feel very confidant when I bring my dog there
I've taken my cat to a few groomers, and I've never been as happy as I am with WPS. I feel less anxious leaving him there, and he comes back to me less angry that he's been shaved.
Appointments are always available and groom pick up is always on time

I have a goldendoodle, which no one really knows what haircut to give them. I have always told groomers I don't want her to look like a poodle but she frequently still does. Both times I have been to Walter's she has come out looking like a teddy bear just the way I like. It is so nice to have a groomer that takes the time to give a great cut and really listens.
