I called Walters gas and asked them if I could get my motorhome propane tank filled sometime when they were in the area as they had done before when I got the bill for 13 gal 88.00$ I was shocked here they charged me a 50 delivery fee they never had a 50 delivery fee before I called every month asking to talk to the owner about this situation the secretary said he would call me back never once did he call me WOW what a business owner he is I have lived in area all my life and will be keeping all the people I know informed ab... read more

Mr. W****** was informed by our secretary that there maybe a delivery charge depending on routing and gallons delivered on his initial phone call. Our company policy has always been an additional delivery charges if a customer doesn't take a minimum amount of gallons. This is a standard practice for this industry; which our charge is half of all our competitions. I ordered a furnace and A/C in Sept.for a rental property, and it was not installed until late Nov. after much pushing on my part. Four days after the furnace was installed it broke down on a Saturday morning, and no one would answer my call, not even the emergency number. I ended up calling another furnace service company. The lack of service has been very frustrating.
Business response:
The furnace and AC was ordered in the summer our slower season, the customer didn't want it installed then due to not wanting the warranty to start. Due to no heat situations while this customer had heat, health issue with our installer, and scheduling demands of tenants and non returned calls of tenants which was all communicated with the customer this project was delayed. No chance to respond to emergency call.
