In 1921 Bruce and Bob Walters opened a bicycle shop which in 1922 became a Harley Davidson dealer. In 1931 Bruce and his wife Gladys Walters moved from Galesburg to Peoria and they purchased Harley Davidson Sales and Service. In 1949 Bruce built a new store that was known as one of the most modern in Illinois at the time. Shadiest Harley dealer I've ever dealt with. Poor business practices. Seems as if they make up rules for individual customers. I will be filing an official complaint with BBB, IL Atty General, and Harley Davidson. I will not respond to a reply from the dealership on this review, as this is my last 'direct' communication with them.
