Dr. Turner seemed pleasant and helpful. She made me feel comfortable discussing matters. Regarding billing, coding practices in this office for an annual physical - I was charged for every preventative discussion point during my annual physical, without treatment. Clerical inaccuracies and aggressive billing practices. I caution any new patient and suggest that they discuss billing practices prior to attending an annual physical office visit. I have ayoung friend who has had stomach problems for years. She has gone to Steinbook. She throws up any solids she eats at least twice a day, is 25 years old and weighs less than 100 pounds. She was told she needs to gain weight but throws up most of what she eats. She's prescribed medicine for acid reflux and nausea and sent home. She is unable to work because of her stomach problems. She has no idea wh at her diagnosis is and was given an appointment for the first of April for a test. I'm surprised she hasn't died yet.

Dr Prater is great. Listens, respectful, thorough and does not rush through the visit.
This office has no idea what they are doing. Follow up is nonexistent! They have no understanding of timely responses!
