I like it that they don't waste time. I especially appreciate the courtesy they extend. They treat each individual with dignity and respect, and that means a lot to me.If they run late, I'm well aware there must be a need elsewhere. So I know that someone else is being treated with care and respect. If the doctor runs late, that's my gift to another patient in need. I feel very blessed to have the care team I have. Dr. Gradek and his staff are just wonderful! If they see this note, please do NOT attach my name to it though.
