Very pleased with the doctor and the service of all the staff. He explained everything made sure we were comfortable and understand it all before we left.
Very poor bedside manners. Was rude to myself and staff. I felt horrible for the way he spoke to staff and what seemed to be a student as well.
Dr. Gradek interpreted my test result after the 5 day window, but only after prompting from me. I know he's busy, so I don't know if this is a legitimate gripe. I was a little concerned by what the report reviewer wrote, so I would have appreciated reassurance that the results were AOK. Other than this, I routinely have excellent encounters with each and every one of my providers at Swedish and I am grateful to have them on my health care team.
Care and understanding was shown. Great Dr.
Dr. Prater is an excellent doctor. He is always professional and update to date on my medical history. He always takes the time to answer any question I might have.
