I have seen this doctor for many years. The office is clean and well run. The doctor is organized and connects well to patients. The telehealth services and technology-based reminders, confirmations, etc. are very convenient.

From start to finish, my new patient appointment with Ashley Wilkes was superb. The front desk check in was efficient, the waiting room had a soothing aura about it and my time with Ms. Wilkes was enlightening. She really listened, asked pertinent questions and knew my history. Her explanations, suggestions and knowledge of the human body and mind were thorough, compassionate and well reasoned. I have total faith in her ability to help me.
Another AMAZING visit with Ashley. She is very caring, great attention to detail, and has turned my life around for the better. She reads my history and prepares herself for our meeting. Very good on medication knowledge and evaluates all medication i am taking, not just the psychiatric medications. I am extremely discussing issues i may have as well as any side effects. I would definitely recommend her to others.
I had a televisit with Kaitlyn. It went very well. She answered all my questions, reviwed my current meds, actively listened, and sent in my refills.
Hailey and the staff provided exceptional service and support from the start to finish. I was assisted with the necessary documentation that I needed to retain and provide to my health insurance comapny, and then again on through treatment. The intake to treatment process was seamless. I highly recommend this facility.
Dr. Griffith has been like having a good friend after 12 years of seeing him. He has always taken the time to look out for my best interest. It's tough to find great doctors in FL and this is one.
The waiting room is always clean. The personnel are friendly and professional. They have always taken the time with me to discuss whatever I need. I have never felt like I didn't matter and never feel rushed during my appointment. I would highly recommend them.
