Terrible service. I was told At the last minute right before my telehealth appointment that I had to pay a 25$ copay. Due to a financial emergency I did not have the funds to cover it and they cancelled my appointment. They refused to reschedule me. Nice way to treat a new patient. It's obvious they care more about money than patient well-being.
My experience with Ashley Wicks has been excellent. She is knowledgeable, conscientious and very patient.
Understanding, diagnosis is spot on. Easy for me to speak honestly with him.
Kaitlin is great. She is realistic, upbeat, on time and does not make you feel rushed. Also, great office staff there.
I am truly grateful for Dr Griffith and team Clearwater for giving me my life back! The quality of my life has improved in so many ways. I did not get sick overnight and I don't expect to heal overnight. I have been seeing Ashley Wicks for almost 5 years now and my condition is definitely improving. I just want to be the person I used to be and with her help, and mine, I am sure I will achieve that.
Ashley Wicks always goes above & beyond. Along with being VERY CARING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and TENATIOUS TO FIND THE RIGHT ANSWERS....The staff is ALWAYS very nice, professional, and courteous..
Kaitlin is truly a caring provider and goes above and beyond! The ability to continue telehealth and the efficiency in which the office handles this is incredible. They are always on time and have great follow up and reminders for upcoming appointments.
