I would highly recommend anyone that deals with depression and needing to change their anti-depressant medication often should give TMS a try. I wish I knew about this years ago. Within the first two weeks I was a different person. My wife now calls me 2.0. Marc did my daily procedures and he was pleasant and great to talk to during the procedures.
Dr. Griffith-TMS Therapy has changed my life. I've been on medication for decades and not feeling better to feeling happy and peaceful. Dr. Griffith, and Dr. Kaitlin Griffith are knowledgeable and have a good rapport with clients. Marc my technician was great and I felt very comfortable. Everyone is nice and very friendly. I feel so much more complete and I am able to handle things better, and I will be free of medication forever.
Mark was great. He was very personable and I felt he really cared about me. He is so kind and easy to talk to. I feel better and hope this continues. Only saw Dr. Griffith once, which I thought was surprising.
I have been a patient of Dr. Walter Griffith for 3 years. I have had consistently positive experiences with all staff at the facility, especially my TMS technician Mark. TMS treatment has made a marked improvement in my life when it comes to mitigating symptoms of major depressive disorder. It is a commitment but I definitely recommend it!

Terrible service. I was told At the last minute right before my telehealth appointment that I had to pay a 25$ copay. Due to a financial emergency I did not have the funds to cover it and they cancelled my appointment. They refused to reschedule me. Nice way to treat a new patient. It's obvious they care more about money than patient well-being.
My experience with Ashley Wicks has been excellent. She is knowledgeable, conscientious and very patient.
Understanding, diagnosis is spot on. Easy for me to speak honestly with him.
Kaitlin is great. She is realistic, upbeat, on time and does not make you feel rushed. Also, great office staff there.
