Bait & Switch I had an interesting experience with Walser Toyota and their "Best Price First" guaranty. The internet inventory listed a Camry XLE at $23,944, wo I went to the dealer expecting to pay just that. After test driving the car, test driving my trade and being there almost an hour, we start talking numbers. Well the "Best Price First" guaranty went up by $750. Spike is Groovy Just leased a 2010 Corolla this weekend and traded in my 99 Rav4. Spike, Larry, and the rest of the crew gave me an amazing experience the entire time I was there. Horrible Service! Awful service. Brought car in to check very loud noise coming from wheel well, which they missed the first two times I brought it in. After they fixed it, my credit card was unexpectedly rejected and I didn't have my checkbook. They demanded cash immediately but I had to get home to meet a child coming home from school. They hassled me and showed zero sympathy or understanding. They know my name, have my address, asked for my license...they knew how to find me. Terrible. One bad experience after another. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and two recall items. This was scheduled for a Saturday at 1pm and I was told it would take about 2 or 2 1/2 hours. We arrived on time but the service department was so busy that I wasn't able to speak with a customer service rep for more than 15 minutes (more or less defeating the purpose of making an appointment). Walser Bloomington Toyota is awful We had the worst experience with Walser Toyota. After two separate appointments (taking up about 6 hours of our time) and being handed off to about a half dozen different people we finally purchased our vehicle. Best car shopping experience!!! We were in an accident a week ago and our car was totaled. Walser Bloomington Toyota is Fair and Honest I've had a wonderful experience with Walser Toyota in Bloomington. They gave me a fair price on my car and when I come to town they always wash and clean my car!! I live in Iowa and I've never had that kind of treatment anywhere!! They have always been honest and fair in any of my dealings.
Great Car, Great Service My husband and I finally needed a new car and we knew we wanted another mid-sized SUV. We were considering the Highlander, Acadia and CX-9. After driving the Highlander, my husband and I both fell in love. Our salesperson, Greg Elfstrum was able to find us a model that suited all of our needs while still fitting into our budget.
