They will try to steal from you Do NOT ever get your car serviced at Walser Toyota in Bloomington. EVER. I guarantee they will try to swindle you. I bought my 2010 Yaris from Walser Toyota in Bloomington and have had terrible experiences ever since. They try to convince you to get parts and services for your car that you don't need, and basically, try to swindle you. Sold my car to someone else becuase they live further away- I am extremely disappointed with Walser dealers, and would not purchase a car from them if my only other option was walking! I spent two nights at the dealership-- 1 hour from my house-- picking out one I wanted. Spike is Groovy Just leased a 2010 Corolla this weekend and traded in my 99 Rav4. Spike, Larry, and the rest of the crew gave me an amazing experience the entire time I was there. I was so worried I would have a freakout moment and not be able to give up my Rav since I had it for so many years, but they made the entire experience so exciting, relaxing, and very fun. Walser Toyota Managment Grade F I purchased a new Tundra in 2007 and though the initial sales price was attractive the service and support that I have received since has been troubling. After multiple attempts to discuss my concerns with the store manager, Charlie Swenson finally shared several emails, ultimately revealing his contempt towards the customer who dares to question his policies. I no intent to ever purchase another vehicle from a Walser owned dealership. :(
Walser Toyota Service Department Success I purchased a used Toyota from Walser this summer and had a battery problem last week. Dan H at the Walser Service Department went above and beyond to help me resolve this problem. I am taking night classes and Dan worked late into the evening to exchange the battery so I could have a working vehicle for the next day. I would like to thank Dan, and by extension the Walser Service Department, for helping with my little emergency.
Walser Service Had a wonderful experience a couple weeks ago with the Walser Toyota service department...I had to make a unexpected trip to the repair shop on my way home after a late night at work. I got there and was welcomed by the most customer friendly agent. They gave me a fair price on my car and when I come to town they always wash and clean my car!! I live in Iowa and I've never had that kind of treatment anywhere!! They have always been honest and fair in any of my dealings.
Great Car, Great Service My husband and I finally needed a new car and we knew we wanted another mid-sized SUV. We were considering the Highlander, Acadia and CX-9. After driving the Highlander, my husband and I both fell in love. Our salesperson, Greg Elfstrum was able to find us a model that suited all of our needs while still fitting into our budget.
