Walser Toyota management - VERY RUDE I put a $500 deposit down on a vehicle at Walser Toyota and they sold it out from under me, thus breaking our contract. When I asked the manager (Chuck) how they could do this, he replied, "its my car, and I will sell it to whoever I want." I was lied to by the staff at Walser several times in the matter of an hour, and the GM (Chuck) is EXTREMELY rude. My girlfriend and I both agreed that we had never been treated so poorly by any business.
Don't Go there! A pain to deal with! Walser Toyota called us two weeks after purchase to say they undercharged us-requesting $800 more!
Walser is CRAP If one could give this company negative stars, they certainly would have earned it. There was a time when I used to buy cars at this company. In the past year however their service has gone way downhill. The salespeople don't seem to have any sense of urgency and I even got to see a manager chew out an employee for not making a sale. Spike is Groovy Just leased a 2010 Corolla this weekend and traded in my 99 Rav4. Spike, Larry, and the rest of the crew gave me an amazing experience the entire time I was there. I was so worried I would have a freakout moment and not be able to give up my Rav since I had it for so many years, but they made the entire experience so exciting, relaxing, and very fun. Poor customer service! Walser dupes you after you purchase a vehicle. Absolutely terrible service! We loved this place until we started getting âfreeâ oil changes and service done at the dealer. They are as nice as can be when you purchase a car and then dupe you. My husband and I have waited in the lobby for 2 ½ hours for a measly oil change. No apologies, just rude customer service reps! Walser Bloomington Toyota is awful We had the worst experience with Walser Toyota. After two separate appointments (taking up about 6 hours of our time) and being handed off to about a half dozen different people we finally purchased our vehicle. Best car shopping experience!!! We were in an accident a week ago and our car was totaled. After this crazy event, we needed to get another car, but were not looking forward to "getting sold"...dealing with salesman...etc. We chose to look at Walser Toyota in Bloomington because a friend recommended them. Walser Service Had a wonderful experience a couple weeks ago with the Walser Toyota service department...I had to make a unexpected trip to the repair shop on my way home after a late night at work. I got there and was welcomed by the most customer friendly agent. I wasn't happy to have to come in and spend money after the holidays but Dave H.(or the younger Dave as they called him) took the pain out of my visit. Great Car, Great Service My husband and I finally needed a new car and we knew we wanted another mid-sized SUV. We were considering the Highlander, Acadia and CX-9. After driving the Highlander, my husband and I both fell in love. Our salesperson, Greg Elfstrum was able to find us a model that suited all of our needs while still fitting into our budget.
