Walser Toyota management - VERY RUDE I put a $500 deposit down on a vehicle at Walser Toyota and they sold it out from under me, thus breaking our contract. When I asked the manager (Chuck) how they could do this, he replied, "its my car, and I will sell it to whoever I want." I was lied to by the staff at Walser several times in the matter of an hour, and the GM (Chuck) is EXTREMELY rude. My girlfriend and I both agreed that we had never been treated so poorly by any business.
They will try to steal from you Do NOT ever get your car serviced at Walser Toyota in Bloomington. EVER. I guarantee they will try to swindle you. I bought my 2010 Yaris from Walser Toyota in Bloomington and have had terrible experiences ever since. They try to convince you to get parts and services for your car that you don't need, and basically, try to swindle you. Walser is CRAP If one could give this company negative stars, they certainly would have earned it. There was a time when I used to buy cars at this company. In the past year however their service has gone way downhill. The salespeople don't seem to have any sense of urgency and I even got to see a manager chew out an employee for not making a sale. Poor customer service! Walser dupes you after you purchase a vehicle. Absolutely terrible service! We loved this place until we started getting âfreeâ oil changes and service done at the dealer. They are as nice as can be when you purchase a car and then dupe you. My husband and I have waited in the lobby for 2 ½ hours for a measly oil change. No apologies, just rude customer service reps! Walser Toyota Managment Grade F I purchased a new Tundra in 2007 and though the initial sales price was attractive the service and support that I have received since has been troubling. After multiple attempts to discuss my concerns with the store manager, Charlie Swenson finally shared several emails, ultimately revealing his contempt towards the customer who dares to question his policies. I no intent to ever purchase another vehicle from a Walser owned dealership. :(
Hard to get a call back, but otherwise excellent service and deals While it was frustrating at first, I'm glad I went to Walser. I had trouble getting anyone to call me back, which is a strange thing to say about car salesmen. I was trying to set up an appointment, so ended up just showing up on my own. sara I bought a 2010 Camry Nov 09. Today there are 25k miles on it and my tires are bad. When I called the dealership I had to leave a message. No call back twice. When my husband called, they talked to him and told him there are crappy tires on the car, no warranty and I will have to replace them before turning in my lease next year. I will not buy from Walser again. The free car washes are a joke too. 20 minute wait at least, when they are open which is never!!

The best thing which i like about this dealer he doesnt bargain.They offer 250 dollar coupon on your next purchase one for friend and one for family.Within 3 days you can change your car if you are not satisfied.Price are bit higher than other dealers. You can get lots of car with great range of price.you can 12 free car wash ,one tow free,5 cents dicount on every gallon of gas if u go to super america gas station.
