Spike is Groovy Just leased a 2010 Corolla this weekend and traded in my 99 Rav4. Spike, Larry, and the rest of the crew gave me an amazing experience the entire time I was there. Walser Toyota Managment Grade F I purchased a new Tundra in 2007 and though the initial sales price was attractive the service and support that I have received since has been troubling. After multiple attempts to discuss my concerns with the store manager, Charlie Swenson finally shared several emails, ultimately revealing his contempt towards the customer who dares to question his policies. I no intent to ever purchase another vehicle from a Walser owned dealership. :(
Walser Bloomington Toyota is awful We had the worst experience with Walser Toyota. After two separate appointments (taking up about 6 hours of our time) and being handed off to about a half dozen different people we finally purchased our vehicle. We were so frustrated by the experience that we called to complain. Walser Toyota Service Department Success I purchased a used Toyota from Walser this summer and had a battery problem last week. Dan H at the Walser Service Department went above and beyond to help me resolve this problem. I am taking night classes and Dan worked late into the evening to exchange the battery so I could have a working vehicle for the next day. I would like to thank Dan, and by extension the Walser Service Department, for helping with my little emergency.
Hard to get a call back, but otherwise excellent service and deals While it was frustrating at first, I'm glad I went to Walser. I had trouble getting anyone to call me back, which is a strange thing to say about car salesmen. I was trying to set up an appointment, so ended up just showing up on my own. The best thing which i like about this dealer he doesnt bargain.They offer 250 dollar coupon on your next purchase one for friend and one for family.Within 3 days you can change your car if you are not satisfied.Price are bit higher than other dealers. You can get lots of car with great range of price.you can 12 free car wash ,one tow free,5 cents dicount on every gallon of gas if u go to super america gas station. Walser Bloomington Toyota is Fair and Honest I've had a wonderful experience with Walser Toyota in Bloomington. They gave me a fair price on my car and when I come to town they always wash and clean my car!! I live in Iowa and I've never had that kind of treatment anywhere!! They have always been honest and fair in any of my dealings.
Great Car, Great Service My husband and I finally needed a new car and we knew we wanted another mid-sized SUV. We were considering the Highlander, Acadia and CX-9.
