Service quality unaccptable. Used them for service on my corolla for oil change. The service man did not come to notify me the car is done, after 20 minutes the invoice was printed (all date/time on the invoice). I had to find the service person to ask if my car is done, and found him chatting on the phone. It was an early morning appointment, needless to say that impact my schedule. Bait & Switch I had an interesting experience with Walser Toyota and their "Best Price First" guaranty. The internet inventory listed a Camry XLE at $23,944, wo I went to the dealer expecting to pay just that. After test driving the car, test driving my trade and being there almost an hour, we start talking numbers. Well the "Best Price First" guaranty went up by $750. Unbelievably Poor Service from crooks at Walser The worst service EVER: I must report a problem that has plagued my 2003 Toyota Camry for over 3 years. I was becoming increasingly concerned about safety as my 6-year old Camry began to shudder at highway speeds when the roads turned towards the right. I brought it in to Walser Toyota in 2009 for my 30,000 mile checkup and mentioned this problem. They were unable to find a cause, but still replaced tires and performed the wheel alignment for $575. Terrible. One bad experience after another. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and two recall items. This was scheduled for a Saturday at 1pm and I was told it would take about 2 or 2 1/2 hours. We arrived on time but the service department was so busy that I wasn't able to speak with a customer service rep for more than 15 minutes (more or less defeating the purpose of making an appointment). Hard to get a call back, but otherwise excellent service and deals While it was frustrating at first, I'm glad I went to Walser. I had trouble getting anyone to call me back, which is a strange thing to say about car salesmen. I was trying to set up an appointment, so ended up just showing up on my own. I had to wait around for a while because they were very busy. I believe they did their best to get someone to help me as soon as possible. sara I bought a 2010 Camry Nov 09. Today there are 25k miles on it and my tires are bad. When I called the dealership I had to leave a message. No call back twice. When my husband called, they talked to him and told him there are crappy tires on the car, no warranty and I will have to replace them before turning in my lease next year. I will not buy from Walser again. The free car washes are a joke too. 20 minute wait at least, when they are open which is never!!
