Steven Collins, the salesman I have been working with, is absolutely top-notch with his communication! He is thorough, respectful, prompt... more like a friend than a salesman. Sadly, I missed out on the vehicle I was interested in, however, I am pleased with the way Steven presented the news to me.
I contacted this delarship about a truck. They said it would be ready early next week so they took all my info to 'get me in their system'. They said they'd call when it was ready. They never called so I called back on friday and they had the truck but I wasn't in their system so I had to go through all that again. Then we arranged for contactless test drive where they would drop off the car. They never called or showed up.

As for my experience the car sold it self. Molly was not willing to negotiate a different price given the car has higher mileage and is a older car she could have drop down at least $500.00 off, plus when she first contact me left me a message saying there will be a $200.00 reduction, which was never applied.
