They use the same ad all year to bait you to contact them then never have what they say. Same 2020 denali ad up for 6 months dont take them down ever.
Very responsive and helpful. No pressure at all. The deal didn’t work out for me but Vincent was amazing. I was sorry I couldn’t purchase the truck. I highly recommend Vincent at Jeff Wyler Nissan of Cincinnati.
came to Baker Nissan because of the prices , on top of that I received great customer services from the sales team , I also bring my car for Service another great team they have there . Not once have I had an issue with Baker and If I did I know they will take care of anything they do care about the customers here not just the dollar

Baker Nissan was great , I was not sure on a used car but they gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and I love my car . Went back to get my plates and got my car washed and some key fob covers no charge they really go above and beyond for customers Diane helped me when ask for her !

I did not think I would get the customer service I got visiting a Nissan store for a used Tiguan I was blown away at the overall friendly team that Baker has in the sales department I picked my car up late at night and found a small scuff , I came back the next week and Diane got it removed in less that an hour and sent us to lunch while they detailed it , most places don't answer the phone when you call back with a small issue so It really showed me that Baker cares about the customer and maintaining that business for life

Made appointment Fri. night for Sat. morning. Received a text and a phone call on my 45 min. drive that truck was still available. Get there and was told truck was sold Fri. night. Nobody knew nothing of the text and call i received. Asked about another truck advertised , it was not there with no clear answer where it was. Steer clear of this dealer at all cost.
