I went with a new vehicle since the pricing was too good to pass up , I felt very comfortable with Baker Nissan from start to finish , nothing was pushed on me to purchase in finance everyone was genuine and very helpful . I had to transfer my online account to the new vehicle and really appreciated Diane being available to help me i just stopped in no appointment since i was in the area . I also love the first oil change appointment being setup for me here at the Baker Nissan Service center just very good customer service

Great overall experience, and the car is wonderful. Only issue was that they forgot to top-off the tires in the car, after which we would've figured out that there was a slow leak in one of them.

The pros of this dealership is that they reach out to you directly and quickly once you are interested. They wash and charge the car before delivery and the amount of paperwork was reasonable. However, I will not be buying from this dealership again. Of course, you are told that you need to buy the car asap because its in high demand, but once you buy it and they get your money, the service sucks. They said I would get my car shipped to me, which I paid extra for, within the week. It is still not here, almost two weeks later... read more
