Shout out to Alex for his attention to detail and his attention to customer care. I live a fair distance - Alex took.a video of the car and talked me through it. Sadly, the car was not a match yet Alex remained pleasant and let me know he would be happy to help in the future if there was another car. Wonderful experience.
