This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not trust them at all, because they will attempt to screw you over in the most unkind, and unsafe way possible. I refuse to get into the reasonings, because you, dear reader, would be absolutely horrified at the cruelty I've experienced there.

James Henkel was a great help, he put the car I wanted within the price range and is very easy to work with, great customer service especially when you walk in and all the guys know your name. I recommend him for assistance with any new vehicle purchase.
The service department sucks. My truck has rust issues that developed after only the second year and nobody has helped to get it resolved.
