Had a great service experience, got my vehicle in for an appt (even though my appt didn’t save). It was diagnosed in an hour (quoted hour and a half) and repair was done less than an hour later. Friendly service advisor (don’t remember his name unfortunately) and treated me well.
Go in for a test drive vehicle didn't run. Waited 2 hours for a purchase agreement. The next day they sell the vehicle to someone else. What shady business deal, you create a contract for someone and the sell the vehicle under them. I wouldn't even do 1 star but you have to. Worthless garbage.
Prices are supper high compared to other dealerships for oil changes. Won’t match other gmc dealership prices. Service was slow.
When I bought my 2015 Dodge Journey this past Saturday I was very disappointed. I went in on Tuesday to return the vehicle because I could not get over the horrible service, I even took pictures of how dirty it was. Keven Black the new GM said he would make it right, he gave me a brand new loaner while they got it detailed, they also got it to Chrysler to get a recall fixed. I'll pick it up tomorrow. My wife and I stopped in to look at Sierra Denali HD. Loved the truck but never thought we would buy it due to the low-ball offers we had received from other dealerships on our trade. Instead the team at Roseville GMC asked us what we believed our old truck was worth, they not only matched what we wanted but threw in an extra $250.
