I have always gone there for service on my Buick or now my GMC truck. They do a great job and I will continue to go there. I believe it has helped me extend the life of my vehicles.

Walser helped me purchase a new vehicle from afar. Their customer service via email and phone was great. The staff was also very kind to my mother and friend when they stopped in to pick up the vehicle.

I’ve spent the past few weeks looking for an affordable, reliable used vehicle and struggled to find anything in my price range that I actually liked. I happened to find a GMC Acadia listed online last night and hoped that it would still be available today when I decided to finally bite the bullet and start shopping around. After a horrible experience elsewhere, the atmosphere and the way I was treated at Walser was a total 180 and absolutely incredible. I didn’t feel intimidated or nervous, and they helped get me in a car that I love. Michelle, Luke, and Alex were top notch and were helpful, informative, and fun (yes, fun). I will recommend Walser to anyone!

I was interested in a vehicle they had listed online. I went there and someone was out test driving the vehicle and wanted to purchase. The manager took my number and said he would let me know if it sold or not. Couple hours later he text me and said it was still available and he would set it aside if I want to drive back out there to take a look. I text back and said I’d be there shortly. Hands down, the BEST car buying experience we’ve ever had! My husband and I purchased a 2018 Acadia. We worked with Alex Baglio and he made our experience 5-Star! Alex Baglio was very knowledgeable, patient, professional, personable, friendly. He answered all my questions then we went out to my car and he set up my phone on the screen and showed me what everything was. Then he took my car to the carwash. Bryce Koke was very helpful and knowledgeable also and pleasant. Alex Marshall was helpful and nice too. They all took very good care of me, I felt very comfortable buying my first new car. *****

After Roseville Buick GMC told me I could turn my car in early and terminate my lease without owing anything but damage to the car or mileage overage, I received a bill to pay for the last remaining payments on my lease. I can't even get my car back because the dealership already sold it! What a money making scam... Do NOT trust this dealership!
