RecommendedI had an amazing service experience on Saturday! I took my car in for an oil change and was treated like I had been there 100 times. Kudos to my service advisor for making me feel at home at Walser!
after visiting walser and looking at the new 3500 denali all went well and the salesperson was able to locate exactly what i wanted which i found out from the trade in guy that called. so after 7 phone calls and 3 voicemails and now at a week im happy to say Miller GMC took great care of me to get the truck i wanted. still shocked to have the vehicle picked out and voicemails saying im ready to go and still nothing. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY! Stay away from Walser! Purchased a vehicle from them that was a lemon! Unfortunately in MN lemon law only pertains to new vehicles. The vehicle was neglected on the lot and oil sludge ruined the engine. Then the ac leaked into the floors and the entire carpet was soaked. Shortly after we were diagnosed with another 2k worth of issues on top of what we already paid. Went back to Walser and the GM did nothing but quote us HIGHER than what our own mechanic would pay. No communication while your car is in the shop! They either claim a bunch of work needs to be done, or nothing is wrong when its covered under warranty- yet another shop is easily able to identify the issue!! Will never buy another vehicle from them!
Dropped car off for a scheduled oil change and some light service work at 7:30 a.m. Finally gets reviewed after 5 pm. Barely able to get the shuttle pickup before closing on a Friday night. Found out today that the tire repair work was not completed. Completely disappointed in the delays, the communication, and ultimately the omission that some work was not completed. I would not recommend.
