Walser helped me purchase a new vehicle from afar. Their customer service via email and phone was great. The staff was also very kind to my mother and friend when they stopped in to pick up the vehicle.
We purchased a used 2015 Durango, they made the sales process very simple and trouble free! Torey and Diego did a great job and even stayed late to complete the sale. No salesman bs here, just straight forward and down to earth atmosphere. Very happy with the vehicle and the employees!
Today reminds me why I won’t ever go to another Walser Dealer. Went in to get my oil changed and a quick look at why the washer fluid was not being dispersed on the windshield. Which I explained with the service advisor prior to drop off. 2 hours later the service advisor comes back and says we have taken half of everything apart.
