RecommendedWonderful experience with Keith Schulte in their service department. He helped us navigate an issue and get some warranty work done beyond the expiration period for the work. We recently (as in late Novemeber 2019) bought a GMC Acadia from Walser with 32,000 miles on it. Fast forward less than 6 months and less than 4000 miles later, and the AC won't work (according them it will be a $2500 fix), it needs new breaks and new rotors. Will they fix it? Nope. Their Walser aftercare seems to be a gimic more than an actual helpful tool. So disappointing. will never purchase another vehicle from walser! lifetime warranty is fake sales pitch. I guess lifetime of a brand new vehicle is now 120,000 miles. major defect in terrains and I got screwed. I did everything requested, oil consumption etc for over a year and when engine blows it's not covered and this started again within a couple months of them supposedly replacing timing and such. I would have been better off keeping my Envoy than trading it in when I was most likely lied to about all the issues with it also. I will nev... read more
Poor customer service. You think they would be able to answer if a truck is a standard box or short box via Facebook messenger. Instead your business requests my personal information and when I refuse they tell me to call. If you can’t share information via Facebook then why post the vehicle for sale on that platform? Good luck with your online sales.
