Overcharging . quoted 2 hours for bcm flash when it only calls for 1.and the last time I was in I adamantly stated to not roll down the drivers window. Upon pickup it was down and no attempt was made to roll it back up.

While I am grateful they were able to fix my radio finally when the part came in (which took a month), 1 of the technicians literally dumped my full can of mountain dew, that was in my cup holder where it should be, they picked it up and threw it on my back floor and it spilled everywhere! Everything on my floor is literally covered in sticky mountain dew and when husband called and screamed to have a manager call him back, we have still yet to receive one!
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIERS
