My fourth year in this community and i have to say im completely happy!!! The maintenance is good the staff is awesome and Leah is amazing!!!! Happy to continue business here:)
Management is great! Any problems I've had always get fixed as soon as it's brought to attention, if i have any problems at all!
I had a beloved friend who lived at Walnut Ridge for 15 years. Through the years he would occasionally decide to look at other places to live but could never find one he liked better. That says a lot about the floor plan, location and price! He passed away August 20th, less than 2 weeks before the end of the month. Even though the contract calls for a 30-day vacate notice, they allowed the family to move his belongings out by the end of the month and waived any penalties.
