For almost a month we have asked to have our leaky AC fixed and our carpet that got wet with sewer water. They told us that they would be replacing our carpet with vinyl this was supposed to be done on Monday it is now Wednesday. They finally sent a worker to come fix it today but he left around 12:30 pm saying he was picking up his help it is now 3:13 pm and he has not returned and we still have no vinyl. RecommendedMngmt. & staff go out of their way to make sure your taken care of,very prompt on service calls and the complex is well kept and my apt is gorgeous ,you should check them out!
Management team is AMAZING, especially Kim and Montana! They're always responsive to complaints and maintenance request. I've been here going on 5 years and besides the entrance gate being down from time to time everything else is GREAT! Even the neighbors that lived here for just as long are friendly and always looking out for each other. Oh, and the maintenance crew is always so friendly!
I love the staff! So friendly and down to earth. The pool area is very inviting. I would recommend Walnut Ridge Apartment's to everyone.

Nice living space! Quiet, cool layout, friendly neighbors, events, large patios, and quick response time from maintenance regarding issues. Recently updated exterior
This place is hidden off the the HWY but easy access. The staff is 100% dedicated to getting it right for you. The Staff here is no nonsense when it comes to making your home here safe and making you feel like this is home. Sometimes it's the the people you have around you that make you want to stay that's the way it is here. I can't thank them enough for taking the time and effort for making me feel right at home.
