I know, you're probably thinking, here goes another five star review. Let me tell you right now, this place deserves it! Dr. Ngo was a delight to work with as my previous prescription glasses were quite old. The difference between the old and new glasses was amazing. They did a retina scan too and I am praising the Lord my eyes are healthy. Plus the price for the eye exam was very nice. It gets even better though. Best day today seeing my father put on glasses. For him to smile from ear to ear. Laughing because he couldn't believe he could see soooo much better thank you sooo much. Bless all of you guys.
Great customer service!
Told me they took my insurance but had to confirm the amount of coverage, and couldn't because they where closed. Said they would call in the morning and call me. I called in the afternoon and was told they dont take my insurance, even though my insurance says they do. Huge waste of my time and energy. I will not be returning.
Scam beware!!! Received a bill from Walmart for 50.00 1.5 months later. Said it was for a deductible. My eye insurance doesn't have a deductible. Total scam
