First of all, the remodeling is so beautiful, and all the staff were incredible! BUT I have to give a special shout-out to Ismael, who helped my husband every step of the way. He was super welcoming, answered all our questions, gave thoughtful suggestions, and showed great patience while my husband picked out his glasses. I have nothing but great things to say about Pasco Walmart eye care. They took care of me, made sure that I was satisfied with my exam, and eye glasses I purchased. All employees made every experience fun and enjoyable. They are all very respectful and well behaved/ Professional! I wish I understood the bad reviews because spending the time I did there to get my exams, Sunglasses, or glasses done I don’t see how a bad review is even possible. I’ve been going to the Pasco Walmart Vision Center for YEARS and nothing but the same exceptional customer service backed up w/ the very knowledgeable staff. I have to say, they are rare but any bad review shows there are some people that are simply just not happy in life cause it can’t be attached to this Vision Center based off my NUMEROUS visits and I would consider myself a high maintenance client.
