I buy several pairs of glasses each year and always come to this location because they always get the prescription right, put me in the best fitting, stylish frames and the service is excellent!
Great service at Walmart vision in ooltewah. Helpful, prompt, and professional. I highly recommend and denounce the bad reviews.
I'm shocked at the bad reviews because we had the BEST experience with the vision center, as well as Dr. Spalding attached to the center. Dr. Spalding was so professional, kind, and informative. The vision center was also awesome with a good selection of frames and extremely professional and helpful staff. They were so friendly and did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with the service we received!!

This Walmart eye center is a complete letdown. The manager is unprofessional and unhelpful! During my first visit, she was on a personal call and didn’t greet me until after she had let more customers line up. Today, after trying to return my contacts which weren't the right fit and irritated my eyes, I was denied a refund due to them being open (even though their website says that doesn't matter).
