This place is only concerned about making money off you. The doctor doesn’t care about her patients. I’d been going here for YEARS! The front desk lady told me they accepted my eye insurance, when I checked out I ended up finding out it wasn’t accepted. Out of nowhere!!! I called back a few months after my contact exam, bc I didn’t like daily wears. I wanted to change it to monthly. She would not do it. I am very grateful for how I was received on my visit. Paola is an excellent technician who puts her effort into how to best help the customer. I went to order some glasses for my mom and dad and the quote for their glasses was really very satisfactory in quality products. I recommend this Walmart optician. Excellent service.

Speaking on the optical side and not the Doctors side. I picked up my glasses after a very quick turn around on my order. Paola was the person I unfortunately encountered on pick up today. I must have interrupted her Sunday sit there and do nothing plans. From the moment I walked in she was short, rude and seemingly did not want to do her job. I bought my glasses on this place and my glasses after a couple months of buying it have been loose I went to the place a year ago to adjust my and they did no problem but today I went again and they told me that they coule fix it but they were not going to be responsible if something goes wrong with my glasses and I would need to replace it if the break my glasses so they just wanted to sell me another glasses and not helping my needs.
