It took over an hour and a half for them to do my oil change. I am actually still waiting here while I write this review. They kept trying to upcharge me telling me I need fancy oil and fancy air filters and wipers and all that. I may be a woman but I know I don’t need all that. And then after I had already finished my shopping I get a call saying they don’t have the right standard oil so I need to get this fancy oil that costs $20 more like girl what. This Autocenter is great. I love it.
Awful customer service and awful service. They changed my tries broke a studd and lied to me about when I confronted them. I was sworne and yelled at. I took my car to ankeny where they confirmed ames was a fault the ames store is horrible Kyle, Jacob, and Josh are horrible employees. If I was Alma, the manager who finally helped, I'd fire them immediately. Jokes and the rudest people I've had the displeasure of meeting truly truly hope everyone goes to ankeny and save the headach!
Always friendly, helpful and considerate. I always go to Walmart Auto for my oil and tire needs.
