Twice now I’ve gone for oil changes, and their system caused a lot of issues. Great team and friendly staff, but if you can’t pay they can’t work and it seems to be a frequent issue.
Normally do no leave bad reviews, but this is the second and last time I use this place. Even with an appointment and pre-ordering online, it takes almost 3 hours to change 4 tires. Also front desk was very slow with the order and checkout and does not let you know when they're done even when you ask. Try another walmart maybe.
Bought 4 new goodyears reliant tires on cyber Monday great price on them +install. I showed up 20 mins before my appointment they got me in on time did the tire change, installed new tmps services pack ,balance tires and relearn the sensors and set tire to recommended psi in the 1 hour time slot. They were steady busy. I was so worried about have them install tires on a 2024 rav 4 awd with all the low reviews, but they did a great job. Thanks Eva and John tire tech for a great job yesterday.
