The staff (from top to bottom) were outstanding. I was very informed on the steps of my procedure and the process felt like no stones were left unturned. I was very comfortable. Dr. Kogan has superb bedside manner and made me feel extremely confident in his expertise. 10/10 experience
I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy done here and had a great experience. My check in nurse Corinne put me at ease right away and was so kind and professional. She explained everything to me in simple terms without me even having to ask. She was warm and treated me with empathy. All of the nurses I encountered were so nice and caring. The anesthesiologist sat with me and explained everything, making me feel very taken care of. Dr. Kogan did my procedure and he is wonderful. I was told by hospital that it was completely covered.im on social security and barely pay rent and food.was supposed to be only a colonoscopy.
