We had air conditioner failure in extreme heat on 6/20/2016. Tom Wallace, owner, came to our house, diagnosed the issue at 8:30 am and gave us several options. We made the decision to replace the unit. Tom and his crew returned the same day at 11:30 am and installed our unit by 2:30 pm. And we were delighted.
