We had air conditioner failure in extreme heat on 6/20/2016. Tom Wallace, owner, came to our house, diagnosed the issue at 8:30 am and gave us several options. We made the decision to replace the unit. Tom and his crew returned the same day at 11:30 am and installed our unit by 2:30 pm. And we were delighted. Tom then called at 6:30 pm to confirm that the unit was cooling the house and gave us his number for any future questions. The service was excellent and his crew very professional and very nice. Fast service, knowledgable staff and they do care that your furnace, AC or whatever is out and they will do their set to get it fixed ASAP and they are reasonable
