In the middle of this horrendous heat wave, my AC went out in my beauty shop and my home. Wallace installed my Geothermal unit 3 years ago and it has ran flawlessly since the day it was installed. The staff is full of honest and trustworthy people who are great at their jobs and wonderful to work with. Their philanthropy really showed this past week as they volunteered many hours to hel the less fortunate victims of the recent tornadoes.
Had another company come out and told me it would be 800 to fix my furnace. Called Wallace and they fixed it in no time and charged half the price. Great company call them first next time
Too many trainee techs who don't know what they're doing. Wallace marks up parts 100% or more; I call this a rip-off.
Woke up this morning (Christmas morning of all days!) to a 59 degree house and a furnace that wasn’t kicking on. Called Wallace and they were at our house in less than an hour, had the problem fixed and the heat running again in less than an hour and didn’t charge an arm and a leg! Was much cheaper than we had expected, which was a huge blessing.... especially on Christmas morning! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
