Wallace company came out on a Sunday to help with our heating issue and water leak. The employee named Corey was amazing, he went above the call and fixed things that were done incorrectly by our landlords maintenance man. He even changed our filter again which we do monthly but hadn't gotten to. He also secured our hoses the correct way as to avoid the water leaks out of the pumps. Was looking for a trustworthy company to replace our old antique Ac/Furnace and Wallace heating and air did just that. Went beyond my expectations. Tom came out and gave us our estimate and spent 25 minutes explaining everything that would be done and when he left I had no questions at all. Awesome and fair price as compared to other competitors in our town of Richmond In.

Awesome people to work with!!! Called after hours on a Monday and they were at my home the next day! They had to order the part that went out and they were here today(Wednesday) to fix it! Very professional and timely! The tech Tim was GREAT also!!!
Fast, friendly, top notch service! Our furnace stopped working on Saturday and needed a new part that was promptly ordered Monday and installed on Tuesday in less than an hour!
