We had an older a/c heat system when the a/c stopped working on Saturday in the heat of August. Contacted Wallace heat and air on Monday and they came that day...gave us several options of which we decided to bite the bullet and replace the entire unit of which they installed the next day at an affordable price as well. Technicians were professional and cleaned up after. Very happy with their service and would recommend them to all!

During our recent hot and humid weather, my AC went out. I have a sweet pet who isn't able to withstand those conditions, especially the humid part. Tom came to check the situation and said he could put in a new unit. I asked when he could schedule that. "You need it now. We can be here first thing in the morning." And they were!
