Terrible insurance company...was hit by person with state farm. Person was written ticket and admitted fault. Keith Gates in ***** ***** ***** ***** ******is the agent. I have to have my insurance pay to fix my truck and wait months in order to get my deductible back. Dont let state farm do this to you. Keith Gates has given me the run around for 3 weeks. I have talked to 3 different claims adjusters. The last one said I will have to have my insurance fix my truck and this is after the police wrote ticket to their customer. ... read more

While we cannot share specific details in this public response, our Claims Department contacted the complainant on November 17, 2021, to address his concerns. We have reached a satisfactory resolution of this matter with the consumer.
I have been with State Farm Insurance my entire life. I have always enjoyed good service, honest agents, and quality products. After retiring to N**** ********, I contacted a local agent Chuck R*****, and expected the same high degree of honesty, integrity, and clarity. My insurer (Progressive) contacted them to state that I wasn't insured at the time & they've sent Bell Subrogation to harass me anyway. It is your client's fault for obstructing traffic & they need to pay for their repair!! I will file a lawsuit if you or Bell contact me again!!
My State Farm agent has been unresponsive and staff have not provided accurate information and I am sorely disappointed. My teenage son received his drivers license and is regularly driving on of cars, so I wanted to get him added to our coverage. The agent told us it would be cheaper to sign him up for auto coverage and life insurance rather than just auto insurance, so we did. I would put 0 star if I could. The sales representative literally say she cannot do her job if there is a crying baby! How rude! I was in the car with my mom and my little sister, my little sister is crying at the time because she wants to go home. My mom is trying to calm her down while I was on the phone with that sales rep lady. My car was in a minor accident, then not too long after that, i was in another accident that got my car totalled. I was anxious and worried about my financials, but state farm helped me very well and made it easy for me. They took care of everything and still gave me good rates. They really took care of me and im so glad i have them for my car insurance. I recommend them. Shout out to Jay at the claims department.
Terrible company. Always looking for loop holds to get out of paying claims. In a period of 20 years State Farm denied at least 4 claims I submitted that were legit. Secondly I invested close to twenty thousand dollars in State Farm's Mutual Funds. After ten years I needed some of that money, The agent/broker refused the transaction and broke all rules of the securities exchange commission (Mark Shafer State Farm Columbus, Ohio) I finally ended up hiring an attorney to get my own money back. State Farm claims since going online service only is horrible
i guess ill give one star because i cant leave negative or zero. talk about a nightmare. i have a 2003 jeep that when i purchased is a flawless and clean jeep. it has been nothing but a daily commuter and has ZERO visible damage till the date of the incident. on the day of the accident statefarm accepted 100& fault because their driver rearended my parked jeep at 3am while im in my bed asleep. i took the jeep to one of their recommended shops where i was turned away by their parking lot inspector because it "appeared to have... read more
