No place to rest his weary bones! My dad recently made what I would call a fairly large purchase at Walker. The salesman made a LARGE error in my opinion and the delivery department made it worse! Unfortunately, the salesman only changed the "bill to" address in the computer and not the "ship to" address. OK, so mistakes happen, BUT when the delivery department was contacted and told that they were at the wrong addresss, the reply was, "Well then, we'll have to schedule you for delivery tomorrow." I HATE WALKER FURNITURE! Walker Furniture is horrible! I have never been so dissatisfied with a purchase. I ordered my $2000 worth of furniture and it didn't come in until 6 weeks after I paid for it, when it was supposed to be to me in 7 days. Once I made numerous calls about wanting my furniture, it finally comes. When it was delivered, they didn't bring one of the pieces I ordered and in the back of my dresser, there was a soccer ball size hole in the back. Beautiful items to look at My salesperson was very pleasant. I didn't need a piece in the furniture package and I was able to have it taken out and price reduced. Love that there is layaway!
Selection galore Sales person willing to look up special order items
Great selection! Our associate knew every inch of the showroom. She anticipated our needs and sent us to the appropriate areas and left us to discuss our concerns. She gave us an honest opinion and didn't hover.
Good Very good but every time I asked if a couch came in the color I wanted the answer was NO....made my selection limited.
Great experience until we got up to paying Very helpful salesperson; not pushy but available and was knowledgeable about the merchandise in stock that could be delivered immediately.
Good showroom service The sales associate was helpful and friendly.
