Good showroom service The sales associate was helpful and friendly.
We like the furniture. We had a furniture return because part of the computer desk we bought would not fit in the room. We were worried that the credit would nor be handled properly back at the store. We wound up purchasing an additional file cabinet but still had a credit owed to us. The credit to the account took forever, but the paperwork was all correct and we were very happy with the outcome.
horrible staff I went in to buy a bedroom set at first I was happy with our selection until the sales associate started adding up each piece totaling over 4,700 for just a bedroom set. So I was disappointed with the price. Then what made it worse was when I went into the finance department for help I just stood there and nobody was willing to help me. Or even ask if I needed help. Scared my 74yearold Mom DO NOT patronize Walker or any of their subsidiaries. They own most of the mattress and bedding stores in Vegas. Figure out who you are really buying from when you shop!!! My 74 year old mother made the mistake of shopping one of the mattress stores. She bought a bed and when it was delivered it was the wrong item. Too many things went wrong after this to mention - but when she stopped payment on a check (until she got what she paid for) they harassed her and threatened her with jail. Great! Professional. Sales Reps were obviously knowledgeable of products in store and readily able to so complimenting pieces. Was great not to have someone follow you all around. No one was pushy. But, was available when had questions; knew what was in the store and where. It was great. Thank you.
Great Experience Had two main things 1. being that they had many choice to pick from 2. the salesperson (jed) listen to what we wanted and took us to the option that he had on the floor and also showed us other option on the computer.

Same day Delivery They had 2 stories full of furniture and almost everything was in stock i furnished my house and had it delivered the same day ....THNKS AWSOME
