Not much selection The discount section was not very impressive. Everything was dirty or broken. The sales people were pushy, but didn't have much to offer. The prices weren't much of a discount.
Couch falling apart We purchased a couch from Walker about 2 years ago. We bought a sectional with a recliner and two massage chairs built in. The couch looked nice and felt comfortable when we sat on the cushions. The couch that was delivered to us does not seem like the same one we sat on at the store. It is now falling apart on us. The seems on the couch are coming undone and the recliner were you put your feet is ripping. If you dont sit directly in the middle of a cushion, you will be sitting on a hard board. Wide selections Great customer service from store employees. The delivery crew was very professional as well.
Very efficient in customer service My sales person was very professional and helpful. I had issues with the first delivery and Aikan took care of them efficiently. He told me to come in and pick another sofabed and I did. He was able to have them delivery the items in a timely manner.
Smart buy for the price..running shoes needed When you go bargin hunting you must be a smart consumer. Know what you are buying and looking for BEFORE you enter the store. I have purchased many things from the Walker outlet and have been satisfied with my furniture. I drive the sales people crazy spending a great deal of time looking at furniture in thier store. Customers don't realize When walking into a furniture store anywhere in this country,most customers will find that that most all sales is the same. When customers are in the market for new furnishings they start by looking. As the customer looks there are different things they are observing,one being price.Since their last purchase, most of the time,like everything else there has been price increases. Great The store has a pretty good variety. The people I spoke with who work there were very helpful and friendly. David assisted me with finding the furniture I need, and was most helpful. I also spoke with Alejandro I believe his name was. He was also helpful and informitative.
WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? Owners of Walker furniture need to demand better customer service from their employees or they may find themselves OUT OF BUSINESS!
Great prices I can't think of anything specific. I just love the prices and the selections.
