THE ECONOMY IS BAD AND SO IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE It's funny to see everyone was greeted by sales associates. I usually am in their store for approximately 30 minutes or more and the staff will walk past me or not ask to assist me. I can't believe I went back for the same punishment as four years ago. I bought furniture and the delivery drivers drug the leather couches right in my face outside. They unwrapped it to make it easier to carry. Worst Furniture Store in Las Vegas I wish I had read the poor reviews before purchasing my great room furniture last year. In less than a year my sofa started falling apart. They came out and repaired it because it was under warranty, but 2 months later, the problem is back. I don't think Goodwill would want this sofa. I won't be shopping there again.
I HATE WALKER FURNITURE! Walker Furniture is horrible! I have never been so dissatisfied with a purchase. I ordered my $2000 worth of furniture and it didn't come in until 6 weeks after I paid for it, when it was supposed to be to me in 7 days. Once I made numerous calls about wanting my furniture, it finally comes. When it was delivered, they didn't bring one of the pieces I ordered and in the back of my dresser, there was a soccer ball size hole in the back. Don't shop at Walker furniture They sold us 4000 worth of furniture..there was one piece of the sectional couch that is faulty..Natasha sent someone out to look...when I called her back to say I was still asleep at 7 am when the guy showed up..she snapped "The whole wold's awake at 7am"..then her boss Latrice Walker got snotty too..Walker furniture has horrendousw..low class people in customer service...they should clean them out and start over...how sad. management needs to be replaced I had a lot of the same problems everybody else has explained. but the line employees and sales men were very polite and knowledgable. I purchased 1 bedroom set living room set a bed and frame the living room set was special order and too longer to deliver when i did get it the delivery men cut the couch when opening it not to big of a deal they offered me 200 of the couch did not take it because the warranty i puchased would not cover any other problems i could have with it and they would not... read more
SO DONE! So DONE with Walker Furniture! Three bad experiences - The first when we bought an expensive leather sofa and love seat about 10 years ago - Sofa seat flaked and scuffed after just a couple of months use. No compensation from Walker. 2 years ago purchased a reclining llove seat. Recliner cables continually broke - Walker would NOT replace. Three times..and counting I recently purcharces a living room set about 2 months ago. On the morning of delivery they called me and told me the love seat was broken. They told me they could still deliver the couch and recliner. I said no thanks. Went down to reselect another set because they no longer carried the original set i had just chosen...problem solved?! Stalker Sales people My boyfriend and I went ti the showroom to pick out a new bedroom set. We were immediatley bomb barded with sales people. We said we just wanted to look around and would ask questions when needed. As we were continuing to walk around there was a train of sales people following us. When customers are in the market for new furnishings they start by looking.
