having to pay extra for bad service I am writing this because of the poor service that I have received from your company. horrible staff I went in to buy a bedroom set at first I was happy with our selection until the sales associate started adding up each piece totaling over 4,700 for just a bedroom set. So I was disappointed with the price. Then what made it worse was when I went into the finance department for help I just stood there and nobody was willing to help me. Or even ask if I needed help. Lots to choose from I needed to buy everything for my apartment and got almost all of it here. I wasn't too thrilled with my couch after I got it because the cushions kept coming off when you got off it and the person that assembled my end table did it wrong, they later fixed it, but I found the coolest bedroom set I ever saw and I got a great deal on my leather recliner.
Walker Furniture-Bad delivery We recently went to Walker Furniture to purchase a bunk bed. They were having a great sale so we purchased. Upon delivery the delivery guys brke on eof the pieces of the bed. After waiting for over a week to get the replacment part I called in and was told they knew nothing of my situation. The replacment was sent out and it was the wrong part! WHY? I can't recommend Walkers because I didn't enjoy shopping there. Why does this place insist on trying to sell broken furniture? I can't understand that. I went shopping for a dinette set and ended up with a fairly good table and two chairs that can only be described a 'scratch and dent' stuff. Won't go back here for even a window shopping trip.

No place to rest his weary bones! My dad recently made what I would call a fairly large purchase at Walker. The salesman made a LARGE error in my opinion and the delivery department made it worse! Unfortunately, the salesman only changed the "bill to" address in the computer and not the "ship to" address. OK, so mistakes happen, BUT when the delivery department was contacted and told that they were at the wrong addresss, the reply was, "Well then, we'll have to schedule you for delivery tomorrow." Good quality I bought the whole sofa set and dining table set from Walker. I like their collections and they match for my new apartment. The staff was patient and helpful when waiting for me to decide my purchase. I got them delivered to my house.
