Scared my 74yearold Mom DO NOT patronize Walker or any of their subsidiaries. They own most of the mattress and bedding stores in Vegas. Figure out who you are really buying from when you shop!!! My 74 year old mother made the mistake of shopping one of the mattress stores. She bought a bed and when it was delivered it was the wrong item. Too many things went wrong after this to mention - but when she stopped payment on a check (until she got what she paid for) they harassed her and threatened her with jail. Used Car Salesmen The minute you walk into this place, you have already committed suicide. Salesman from all different angles of the store come at you and you MUST be prepared to have your shotgun loaded. I was looking at a new mattress and didn't realize it was used. They tried to sell me a used mattress for about $1,000.00. I said no way, I can buy a new one for that. Pushy staff, poor quality for the price The moment you enter the store, the salesperson latches on you like a blood hound and follows you around. They are pushy and will try to sell ice to an Eskimo. The representations they make of their products are not necessarily accurate. The furniture is overpriced for the quality which is of little wonder if you consider that they have to cover the cost of their massive advertisement blitz on TV and news papers, not to mention a load of sales personnel. Smart buy for the price..running shoes needed When you go bargin hunting you must be a smart consumer. Know what you are buying and looking for BEFORE you enter the store. I have purchased many things from the Walker outlet and have been satisfied with my furniture. I drive the sales people crazy spending a great deal of time looking at furniture in thier store. Great Experience, no problems The trip to walker furniture was a great one, I have never been here before and it is by far the biggest furniture store i've ever been in, two stories and i felt like i was in the galleria mall. richard r. don't shop here rip of artists; do not stand behind the products they sell; forced to sue to get my money back; sold defective recliner that caught on fire. took over 1 month just to get an answer back that no refund would be had on an obviously bad chair that cost $1000
just okay My husband and I went into walker furniture about 2 weeks ago to look at getting some furniture for our new house. We really weren't impressed in the selection, or the prices. They seem to have some very cheaply made items also. We went into both the main store and the outlet and were not greeted until we were ready to leave the place. We found nicer and less expensive furniture elsewhere.
