Love the Used car side. Steve is so very nice and helpful. He knew my budget for a good used car for my 16-year-old grandson he found it 2010 Nissan Ultima with low miles.he found a Mercedes for my friend Patsy again he knew her price point and met it. I bought a jeep Cherokee today. There were a few hiccups along the way but the associates took care of me every step. It's refreshing to see such a team atmosphere in a sales enviroment. Everyone was willing to take time out of their day to help even though they were not part of that sale. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get a vehicle. Big thanks to big john, Jason, and Thomas for helping out. I went to two different dealership before them and was treated like an inconvience.
They don't help you at all and make you feel like Crap And when you go somewhere else looking They offer you more for your vehicle than they do I just don't understand
Excellent experience ! Just purchased a truck last night from Steve Cross. We have purchased 5 vehicles in the last 5 years and this by far was the least stressful. Steve is a good honest man. Will absolutely purchase from him again. Walker is lucky to have him !
I usually don’t give car lots praises or salesman but I’ll tip my hat to Walker Dodge and Camron Rexroad, I recently bought a 2018 Ram Cummings from these guys and I locked myself out of my truck in the middle of the recent snow storm we just had,I called Camron and he had a key cut at the dealership and drove it to me in the middle of that snow storm and unlocked my door for me, That’s championship in my book!!!!
