I cannot say enough things about these guys!!! Just bought a 2011 Chevy Equinox from here after my other car was totaled last week. They were kind, patient and incredibly accommodating. They gave us suggestions but never pushed anything on us and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and could afford. Will definitely be back in the future!!!
I cannot tell you how pleased and thankful we are to to Ryan Walker and staff. My daughter, who is a broke (not to broke to make small reasonable a payment) college student needed a good reliable vehicle. These guys went above and beyond to help her!! I was very interested in a jeep on this dealer's website. I called and explained that I would be paying cash for the vehicle and I asked what the bottom dollar cash price was. The price dropped from $50,000 to $49,000. Way to work with your customers guys!!! Just to let you know...I was serious about buying that jeep...I drove all the way to Bristol, TN to get the jeep I wanted. It had more options than the one you had and I paid $45,000. You should take your customers seriously.
After working with a wonderful car salesmen for weeks, looking for the perfect vehicle.. the owners apparently decided they wanted me gone. They appraised my vehicle top to bottom and told me they would only give me $16,000. They were $6000 below our lowest offer. When we asked the car salesmen why they were so much lower than everyone else.. all he could say was, I am sorry guys, you need to just go somewhere else.
