My wife’s car was stolen, so we had to get another one, went to several lots and went back here, Herb and Robert was great and earned our trust, and also compassion for another life experience we are going thru at this time, made the buying process easy and no pressure and even though Herbs phone rang a couple times, he ignored it to stay focus on us. This was the first car purchase that I have ever been involved with. It was such a smooth process. Everyone was accommodating and professional but friendly and warm at the same time. Especially the guy who demonstrated the options and instruments in the jeep we purchased. He was meticulous! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Top notch dealership......from our salesman, to our finance guy, to every employee we came in contact with! We couldn’t have asked to be treated any better. After only having a truck for one month we have had to replace the oil pan, transmission torque converter, lines, and the AC doesn't work. Apparently they do not check out their used vehicles. This was a 2014. There was also a recall that was not fixed before they sold us the truck. We have contacted them at least twice a week over issues. The minor ones I understand because it is used but when they drag things out to forgo the 30 day warranty that is ridiculous. Walker is by far the best dealership I’ve dealt with. Sales guy Austin met me in the parking lot to answer any questions, not to mention it was in the low teens that day. Gave me a good deal on trade in, and the price of the new jeep I purchased. Austin called me today which is 2 months after the sale to check and see how the jeep was treating me. Don’t get this service many places these days!
