RecommendedAfter a not so good experience on Saturday, I was contacted by Blake the service manager on Monday. Blake and I figured out that we simply had a communication problem. He worked very diligently to resolve the issue, and after a couple of phone calls and some apologies got me set up to bring my vehicle in. Cannot say enough good things about Jennifer Counts and Chad Sweat with the way they took care of us during our purchase. They went out of there way to make us happy including going all the way to Mississippi to get the vehicle we absolutely had to to have. I have called the service department twice Friday 7/27 and Saturday 7/28. I left a voice message with the service department both times. I called back and talked to the receptionist (who is rude) and told her I need to talk to someone that I already left a message yesterday. She informed me that I could either leave a message or be put on hold but I could be on hold for a while, so yes I was on hold for a while. A special thanks to Blake and his mechanic from the service department! I was traveling through the area on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. My belt broke on my Dodge Ram and I was stuck just off the interstate. After wrestling with trying to put a new belt on for 3 hours (I had called every mechanic in town and none would come to me) - Blake and his mechanic came to me.
