We loved working with Amy Koch and highly recommend buying from her! Amy was able to get us top dollar for our trades and able to beat competitors price, so we ended up buying 2 new vehicles in the same day from her! Amy made the process fast and easy! She also took care of the scheduling in their service department when we added accessories!
I came in for an Air bag recall,it took them less time than what they told me it would take,very kind employees,with the courtesy of a bottle of water while waiting.
People are always courteous, they go out there way trying to help you. My wait time wasnt long at all.
The service sucks we had a check engine light come on while I was in alexandria so we drive up they had us sit for hours and hours with a 3 week old baby in a freezing cold waiting room knowing we had a doctors appointment to get too . You sit here watching everyone walk around talking about their weekend not doing shit you know they might not have places to be but other people do I'm not happy at all about our vist here

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation...2 HOURS LATER, I left feeling not so satisfied.
