The atmosphere here is amazing. I have been working with Amber as my therapist for a few years now and I couldn’t be happier to have the support and motivation to get myself in a good mental space after struggling for so long. I have made massive improvements all thanks to the team here. Highly recommend and encourage everyone to give therapy a try even if you “think you don’t need it” having the correct support means everything!
At the end of my life one day, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt how grateful I will be looking back to have found Natalie Dougé when I did.
