Rented through Walk to State through my last 2 years of college and they are awesome. They’re very professional and respond quickly to any and all maintenance requests, they helped me through a summer sublease process, and more. During my two-year tenure as a tenant with this landlord company, my experience has unfortunately been far from satisfactory. The recurring maintenance issues, such as water panel flooding in the basement, air seeping through vents, and a malfunctioning dishwasher leading to leaks, have been persistent challenges.
