This place is very unorganized. Takes days and several calls to get prescription to drugstore from PA! She is very rude, as with staff, very unorganized. Disrespectful, and not professional at all! Most of the time you only see a student! Not a doctor or PA! Which they can not bill you for a student seeing you, and not allowed per MA. Most of the time the PA gets prescription wrong. Takes so many calls to get it right! I would not suggest this place to anyone seeking medical help!

I will never go to this Urgent Care facility again. I went on a Saturday late afternoon, after I knew that I couldn't deal with an issue the remainder of a weekend while dr's offices were closed. After paying a $50 co-pay, I walked away being told that what was wrong wasn't normal and to just see my regular doctor on Monday. After doing so, I confirmed with my dr that this wasn't out of their realm and should have absolutely been able to help me. I felt that I was more knowledgable than the "doctor" staffed. Been here waiting for about 40 minutes just to be taken back. Along with 3 other people waitin longer than I have. While waiting been listening to the girls up front gossip about what they are doing this weekend. Some woman came up to get a school sports physical and their "machine" wasn't working to print one off... this place is a joke. So much for "Urgent" care.

The experience the day of my visit was frustrating. I never saw a licensed professional, only a physician assistant student, who talked down to me and made me feel like I shouldn't have gone in for care. Additionally, I was billed twice for the visit, both of which were incorrect and did not include the amount I paid via my copay the day of the visit. The office staff members were friendly, but overall I've had a thoroughly unacceptable experience with this location.

This office has weekend hours posted on their door however they weren't open. If the hours are posted, they should be open.

Have gone too this walkin center several times this year and have always had positive results. The one thing is that their hours are wrong on the web site. They close at 7:30 on Friday.

This place was the saddest excuse for a medical facility I've ever seen. Beyond children running down the halls and entering other people's rooms, the doctor was ignorant and rude. She literally told me to shut up because I corrected her about putting me on medication I knew I didn't need. So.... She decided to refer me to an ENT specialist the following week. Disgusted and will never go back. Yuck.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I went into the clinc to get help for my migraine. I get very severe Migraines with vomiting and nausea. I was told to go drink a large cup of coffee and to take aspirin. First off, I took Excedrin, which is Acetaminophen and Caffeine and it did nothing for me. So why would taking aspirin and a cup of coffee be any different?! Not to mention that a cup of coffee would not be good when someone is nauseous. I was told there was nothing they can do. Disrespectful. I will NEVER return.
