This place is fantastic. Everytime I have gone there in the last several years they have been quick, efficient, and courteous. Today was exceptional. Dr. Bett, a dr. there was superb! She taught me more about how to take care of my health in 15 minutes than I have learned in three years from my other three doctors! I hope she stays there because I will go there more often if she is the attending dr! I highly recommend!
I had a problem with paperwork that needed to be addressed Immediately and I called them, I spoke with Agie and she was VERY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY but also PROFESSIONAL and emailed me the Documents I so Desperately needed. When I had to go there in November Jessica and Sue were great. I had my issues addressed and was in and out with Approx. 45min. . I was in & out within an hour. I felt comfortable with Nurse Practitioner Jessica. She took her time explaining things to me. She also made sure I had no questions before leaving. The receptionist who took my vitals & set me up in the room was very professional & courteous.
Vicki Delany gave me exceptional care and I highly recommend this facility. Vicki took great care listening to me and figuring out what had made me sick. The wait was under 15 minutes and I was seen quickly for blood pressure and temp, etc. then within 5 minutes Nurse Vicki came in the room. She was friendly and seemed to really care about me and I was feeling better and well in a few days. Thank you for the great care everybody! Kevin
All I can say is WOW !! The Nurse Practitioner Vicki was amazing! I was in waiting area filling out paper work when a lifeless baby brought in. We were all afraid when she jumped into action and before we knew it the ambulance was there . Calm professional and above all kind !!! BTW I was still seen and cared for in a timely fashion!
The staff are the best. very knowledgeable and kind. The practitioner explained my illness and medications prescribed. Staff on duty were Lisa, Amy And Sandy. Thank you for your service.
I avoid this place like the plague. Unfortunately the Falcon Center had a 2 hour wait and my sons pediatrician couldn't see my boy until early evening. I was stuck with this crap hole because I really need some tamiflu for my sick son. I got to listen to them gossip and chit chat while I sat in the waiting room with my puking, crying little boy. JUST us. 45 minutes.
I was at Excel Urgent Care on 11/01/2015 to undergo the check ups per USCIS requirements for Green Card. The nurse was cordial and attended to us very well. This was repeated by the doctor, who ensured I understood the medical tests that I would undergo, their reason to be tested, and performed the checks and balance before giving me the sealed envelope to be mailed to USCIS. I am very pleased by the staff of Excel, their service and my overall experience.
I went in at 310 pm and sat and waited till the doctor came back from lunch,then I was taken to the room and waited 45 mins while they were chatting about family life then the doctor came in and didn't even check me just talked and said ill give you a script ill never go back there again
