Was called to tell me I had 3 prescriptions ready and went to pick them up and was told they had nothing for me. I told them they called me and was told their automated service was messed up. Changing pharmacies. Have had nothing but problems from them. Rude!!!
Waited forever for my medicine that was supposed to be ready and they refilled the wrong meds. This place is an utter joke. Incompetent at its finest!
I never had a problem till yesterday and they told me after it had been called in that I would have to wait another 15 minutes and it was way over 30 minutes. When u have a headache and u walked u don't want to sit there forever. If Kroger is better then I will tell my Dr to change.
Okay, Walgreens, let's see if you ignore this message. Your Fredericka Ave., Owensboro, KY, pharmacy staff just left me standing there at the counter with several prescriptions to fill. They were so understaffed, they had a pharmacist to fill the prescriptions and one person to work the drive in window. They pulled someone in from the floor who proceeded to hand out prescriptions, ignoring me completely. Then I go online and you request far more information from me than I see necessary. The service was horrible. They kept telling us they didn't have my prescriptions in their system. Had to give my insurance info to three different people, multiple times. They were turning people away because they were closing soon. Only went there because there was no other option. I will not be back to this pharmacy!
Don't use walgreens pharmacy they are now impersonating people to get medicine for themselves. I had the one in Owensboro pretend to be me to get spirolactone from the pharmacy I am now using. I have asked nicely for walgreens to stop and they refuse to.
There's not much sense in being opened 24 hours if no one ever comes up front to cashier.
